Let’s start by reviewing the website. Upon first glance, I see that ProShape RX is based on Hoodia Gordonii, a well-known, popular diet pill ingredients. Well, if you’ve been dieting as long as I’ve been, you must have known Hoodia by now. It supresses hunger and prevents food to be stored into fat, which is a good thing if taken appropriately and a bad thing if taken excessively. So the main ingredient for ProShape is valid.

Let’s see the other 7 ingredients in the pill. Hmm, White Kidney Bean, valid. Beet Root, okay. White willow bark, fiber. L-Methioine, still okay. Fenugreek, green tea, valid. Chitosan… wait, chitosan? Actually, I’ve done some research about that one. Here’s what I know. Chitosan, or the so-called "fat attractor" supposedly  attracts fat from the digestive system and expelling it from the body so that users can, it is claimed, lose weight without eating less. Too good to be true? Yeah, it is too good to be true. Scientific findings reveals that it does not work that way. The only positive thing about Chitosan is there’s no side-effect. The negative? It’s just a load of useless crap.

So, from the 8 ingredients that make up ProShape RX, you got 1 that’s the bomb (hoodia), 6 that basically okay and 1 worthless ingredients. Well. Okay, I guess you can’t win them all. Okay, on to the next topic.

It promises us that we’ll lose weight in 7 days. Seeing the ingredients, I think that can only be achieved if you’re motivated to change part of your daily activities and eating habits. Exercises (read: light exercises) and changing eating habit (gradually) is the key to lose more weight. I can think of ProShape RX as a leverage that push us in the right direction, although we have to work too to achieve weight loss. So, if you think this is some miracle drug, think again.

Now, about the free trial. Is it completely free? No. You have to pay $4.95 (non-refunded) for shipping and handling. Then they will process your order and you’d probably get a bottle of ProShape Rx (90 capsules) in about 6 days. So that means that’s a week before you got the goods. The only catch is, if you don’t cancel your free trial in 30-days, they will rebill you (as like any free trials). Cancelling is not hard, so that’s a big plus. And basically you got a little under 3 weeks to try it. Which should be sufficient to see some form of result if done correctly. The other catch is, if you cancelled, you can’t enroll the free trial again, so, if it works for you and your budget allows you, it’ll be safer to continue.

All in all, if weight is a problem for you, as for me. ProShape RX free trial is not too shabby. Just remember the policy of the free trial and you’ll be safe. What’s $4.95 compared to the chance to conquer weight? And if it’s good, maybe it’s the final diet pill to try out.
